My sixth assignment is in Huizen where I am hired to temporarily fulfil the role as Team manager Personnel- and Salary Administration. This assignment started July 2007 and was mediated by Inter Solutions.

During this assignment I am responsible for:

• a timely and accurate processing of the payroll,
• coaching the processing team,
• the set-up of the necessary systems
• advising the Division Manager HRM on future changes needed and possible improvements.
