During this assignment I was responsible for shaping the Financial Controller’s position and the timely and accurately delivery of the Yearaccount details of 7 companies of which 2 were consolidation companies. Next to that I was responsible for creating the Budget- and Quaretly reporting for all companies for 2009. I should also advise the directors on improvements on procedures and systems (Syntess Prisma Pro).
ADK’s comments on my performance during my assignment:
In our organisation an urgent need for actual management information was present. We were looking for a no-nonsense, hard-working interim, that we found in Kees Heerschop. Through a correct intake and clear job- and time description we decided to grant the assignment to FMCH.
If we would need an extra hand in our organization we would immediately consider to hire FMCH again.
Immediately at the start of the interim period we noticed we had found the right person for the job. Kees Heerschop succeeded in finding the problems in our administrative- and financial processes and presenting recommendations to improve the situation. Sometimes this was very confronting. Kees Heerschop’s performance is very independently and he is capable to understand the organization very quickly. There was no need for extensive guidance during his work.
In the last phase of the assignment Kees Heerschop transferred his work, findings and recommendations in a professional way to our permanent Financial Controller.
As a person we would describe Kees Heerschop as a person with high professional skills and a cut-the-crab mentality.
